My base color is ILNP Central Station, a grey-ish taupe jelly with scattered holo particles. I used three coats of opacity.
For the stamping (yes, there is a stamping, it's just so subtle, it's nearly invisible) I used Color Club Beyond and Über Chic plate 1-03. One coat of KBShimmer Clearly On Top finished this mani.
